Stylish accommodation with really helpful and respectful staff members from two different staff members. Spotless and brand-new room with comfortable chairs and tea or coffee plus a nice view. The breakfasts for all tastes. Top and unbeatable location down the hill, in the pretty quiet area...

Good value hotel. the location was unbeatable. Close to other restaurants offering 5-star food. Rooms with coffee and comfortable chairs. Breakfast with excellent espresso. Nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is fairly clean, with efficient staff and a perfect location in a quiet area. the brand-new and comfy rooms come with comfortable chairs and coffee. the location is just off the lake and other attractions, with other restaurants nearby that offer 5-star food.

The room got a fresh makeover recently, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was decently clean 🛏️. This place was smack in the city center.

We had a blast with my squad. The pool and spa were awesome, even though we could only go for an hour. The food was on point, especially the breakfast. The staff was chill and fixed a bathroom issue quick. Plus, the massages were in a connected hotel, so no need to step out in the cold. Good vibes all around!

If I had to ask for something extra, it would be more options for young peeps to have some extra fun at night. Like a game room or a cool hangout spot.

I was delighted with the stylish and clean rooms at Ensana. The attention to detail in the design and arrangement was excellent, providing plenty of space to move around. The balcony offered a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of either the lake or the serene fir forest. The renovated hotel looked amazing.

the value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and facilities provided. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The newly renovated rooms were modern, stylish, and well-designed, offering plenty of space to relax. The view from my room, overlooking the beautiful fir forest, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet area, yet close to both Lake Ursu and the city centre, I was able to enjoy the best of both worlds. The hotel's basic amenities were satisfactory and the breakfast options catered to all tastes.

The recently refurbished hotel had a lot to offer. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the staff were very polite and helpful, ready to answer any questions we had. the location was superb, it was close to all the main attractions and shopping options. the food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the live music in the evening, it was very pleasant and added to the overall experience.

We did find some negatives though. we were disappointed with the size of our room considering the price we paid, it would have been nice if it was bigger.

The hotel staff was very kind and flexible, offering us a great view and late check out. This hotel is located in a peaceful area near Lake Ursu and the ski slope, but also close to the city centre.
